What is the refund policy for cancelled classes?
All orders for cancelled classes are eligible for a refund. We want to allow our customers to choose between a credit card or an electronic gift card. We will send out an email notifying our customers of a cancelled class and how to request a refund. A credit card refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
If an error is made when processing your refund, we will do what we can to make it right. Please email us at refund_error@citruspeardinners.com with your order number and we will contact you within one business day.
I used CP Points, Coupon Code, or a Gift Card when I purchased a cancelled class, do I get that back?
CP Points: Any points used on an order are refunded back to a customer’s account.
Coupons: We will honor any coupon codes that were used on an order that was cancelled. The coupon code will be activated again for you.
Gift Card: An order purchased with a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.
When will you resume classes?
We are working to resume classes as soon as we can. Right now, some grocery stores are unable to fill our orders. We want to provide healthy, easy meals soon!
If your class was cancelled, you will be the first to be notified when we are offering classes again. Please make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and watch for updates in your inbox and social media.
