Our different positions:
Lead Registered Dietitian: Citrus Pear Registered Dietitians have many responsibilities. They are the main point of contact between customers, the grocery store, and Citrus Pear. They are responsible for food ordering, allergy and dietary preference knowledge, coordinating classes with customers, communicating closely with grocery store staff, networking with the community to promote Citrus Pear classes, and more. Must be a Registered Dietitian to apply for this position.
Location Manager: Location Managers need to be highly motivated individuals as they will oversee day to day operations in our location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinating monthly and private classes, be the main Citrus Pear contact for employees and grocery store, network with the community to promote the business, and manage staff. Food handler permit required.
Class Instructors: Class instructors are responsible for working with assistants to teach/ instruct class participants in how to assemble meals during in-person classes. Instructors will also participate in fully assembling meals for customers. Position requires employees to speak and communicate with groups of customers 12-16 people at a time, follow allergy modifications and read an ingredient label, intermediate cooking knowledge, launder aprons and towels, Stand for 4-6 hours per shift, bend, lift and move 55-65lb containers, wash, sort and inventory meal ingredients, communicate location needs to lead dietitian, prep and clean up after classes or assemble meal dates. Instructors should be able to follow recipes with 100% accuracy. Hours are variable pending upon location. Food handler permit required.
Class Assistants: Class Assistants will aid and support Citrus Pear instructors and class participants in assembling meals for in-person classes. Employees will also participate in fully assembling meals. Position requires employees to: Stand for 4-6 hours per shift, bend, lift and move 55-65lb containers, wash, sort and inventory produce and dishes, prep and clean up after classes or assemble meal dates. Assistants should be able to follow recipes with 100% accuracy. Hours are variable depending upon location. Food handler permit required.
Assembly Worker: Assembly workers are responsibly for fully assembly meals for customers. Position requires employees to stand for 6-8 hours per shift, bend, lift, and move 55-65 lbs containers, prep and clean up after assembled meals, be able to follow recipes with 100% accuracy, work as a team to complete a task. Food handler permit required.
